didn't start at the top; I started in the attic. In 2009, as a young father in Mesa with a small family to feed, I begged a friend for a chance to work on air conditioners. I started as a duct-cleaning helper, doing the toughest jobs in the hottest parts of the house.

Over the next 15 years, I worked every single position in the industry—from lead installer and service technician to managing entire departments.
